【制作過程】
トラックの荷台にかける幌を作りました。寸法を正確に測り、裁断後、縫製します。
We made a canopy of luggage trucks after the processes of measuring and cutting.
シートの端を折り曲げて高周波ウェルダーでプレス。
We press the edges of sheets using the high-frequency press machine.
シートに金具を取り付けるため、穴を開けています。穴あけ専用の工具をカナヅチで叩きます。
Hammering the specific tool on the sheet to make holes for clasps.
幌の後ろの部分。ハシゴを積む時のために、窓が付いています。マジックテープで留められるようになっています。
This is a picture of the rear part of the canopy. There is a window for to load long things such as ladders. The window can be fastened in place with magic tape.
これらの工程を経て、最初に載せた写真のような幌が完成します♪
Through these processes as above, canopies are completed!
